Hyperspace is a counseling service built around inner awareness, shaped by a strong sense of narrative. I designed the website's browsing flow to guide visitors from story-driven content into service information, allowing them to first enter the brand context before naturally progressing toward plan comparison and booking.

The booking experience was further redesigned as a chatbot-style conversational form to collect key needs and background details upfront, reducing communication friction and minimizing customer drop-off caused by back-and-forth private messages.
